About the event
Mountain House Senior Yoga (for all abilities) returns next Tuesday, December 6th and again Thursday, December 22nd from 9-10 AM. Free for all seniors 55+, yoga mats suggested although we have some to loan if you need one. Presented by Matt Disko & Mountain House Events, led by volunteer yogi - Simona Afridi. Located at the Mountain House Fire Department's Community Room - 911 S Traditions, 95391.
No cost of participation, however, donations are encouraged for our volunteer yoga instructor.
